We live in a disconnected world. As a society, we are busy people. While technology can connect us, it also provides us the opportunity to disconnect. Many have thousands of “virtual” friends, yet no real friends to talk to.
How do we reconnect and find our “Corner of the Sky?” Mindfulness & meditation can actually change the neuroplasticity of the brain, decrease depression & anxiety as well as promote compassion for ourselves and others. When we add yoga to mindfulness and meditation, we have very powerful tools to help us on our journey.
